Please note that we are currently working hard to transform the resort into an ecologically sustainable spa and nature retreat. Please be aware that we are therefore currently undertaking some construction and renovation work on the premises. The resort will be fully completed and launched in early 2012.

Himalayan Restaurant
Located in the central block and open all day, the restaurant offers multiple cuisines as well as specialised set menus. Meals on the go such as picnic baskets, box breakfasts and box lunches can also be arranged, as well as BBQ's in the wild (seasonal). The restaurant has its own fireplace and terrace.

Shangri-La Bar, Lounge & Library
The bar opens mid-morning and offers a full service bar with a wide choice of cocktails, wines and hard and soft beverages.Make the most of the “Himalayan Happy Hour” every evening. A warm and inviting place to wind up the day.

Conference and Meetings
Located above the restaurant, the conference room accommodates 60 guests and is equipped with a range of conference faciltiies.

Activities
A host of activities are on offer, including hiking, mountain biking, white water rafting and kayaking in the Bhote Koshi, bungy jumping, bird watching trips and visits to the old Newari villages, monasteries and temples that surround the resort. The resort is home to a sunrise and sunset viewpoint that offers spectacular views of the Himalayan range and the valleys below. Mountain bikes and guides are available on request.
